  1. Mr Dharm dhwaj Singh, I saw your blog about Shikhar Enclev, Vasundhara. I am also have a allotment of type-2 flat in this housing project. UPAVP is conduct a draw to allot flat No's on 25 March 2013, at 1100 Hrs. Hope we will meet there.

  9. Hi

    I have recently visited the project site and was shocked to see the slow contruction of the project. I have enquired about the details from a person at the contruction site who informed that it will take 1.5 years to complete. It is really painful to see the slow progress. Nav Bharat Times has also covererd a report on the delaying of this project 2 months back. I would assume that we will not get possession before mid of 2015.

    This is very disappointing even after taking the whole cost of house in few installations the UP government is cheating common man.Have someone tried visiting their office and get information why they were not able to deliver the project on time.
    Pleas let me know in case anyone is interested to further pursue this matter.

  11. i read all information provided by u. can we not get union and take action for delaying this project. every time when we tried to contact officer they just said 6 month it will take time to complete. better we need to get union and file pettion for this project. all officers all cheating with us.

  13. @Anonymous I totally agree with you. Just to wait after providing all of money in name of a Government project is nothing less than a crime as we are also encouraging them for their unfair practice of building the housing projects. We need to start raising our grievances as per the law. I request all members to share your thoughts and start sharing contact details and build a union. Also, it would be better to have physical meetings at any comfortable place during Sunday to plan for further action. I request to senior people come forward and guide other as per their past experiences and guide others.

  15. Dear friends, I'd from the start tracking this project and from initially the officials were negligent in monitoring. Inspite of 30 letters sent by me, they are hiding and not providing any information. Just yesterday, I complained to chief ministers.

  17. Dear friends,
    I'm differing with your points that one of the builder has done on time. Since the target for both builders is 03 February 2013 and none of them had completed at that time, hence both are delayed in my opinion. But leave this, our builder is UPAVP and we don't know about their sub contractors. I'd written approximately 38 letters of complaint from executive engineer, superintendent engineer, housing commissioner, principal secretary, chief secretary, special secretary to cm but no response from anywhere. Inspite of this, I haven't lost any faith and I'm doing my work. Request everybody, spare some time and write your complaint at least for Upavp negligence.

    Hope you all of them received a letter from UPAEVP to deposit the service tax (1.20 Lacs). We all are puzzle to deposit the amount as we have not received a possession confirmation from the authority.

  19. We all of them frustrated due to the lethargicness behaviors of AEVP employees. The possession is already 2 years delayed. Now we need to gather in one place and meet the higher officials of authority and submit our request with below points.

    The possession is already 2 years delayed and still they are not confirming the possession date.
    Why they demand the service tax now.
    Why the project is in running very slow speed.

  20. Please note that it seems UPAVP will increase the value of houses as well. Here is extract from service tax demand letter .

    फ्लॅट का मूल्यांकन स्वीकृत होने के उपरांत स्वीकृतमूल्या पर ३.०९ पार्तिशत सेवाकर देय होगा, जिसमे से उक्त माँग की राशि धनराशि समजोयित कर शेष धनराशि का भुगतान किया जाना होगा. माँग पत्र के अनुसार देय किस्तो के विरुढ़ जमा की गयी धनराशियो का मिलनपरिषद अभिलेखोसे करा ले.

  21. So to avoid this extra final amount we (216 alloties) have to submit our request to high court to waive off the amount as the possession is already 02 years delayed or further more

  22. I visited shikhar enclave and found that the work is completely stopped and no progress since last five -six months. When the authority has taken all the payment in advance. Why thay do not take action against the contractor. In all govt jobs there is a provison of getting the work done at the risk and cost of the contractor. Why the same is not being done by the parishad. It seems that the officers of parishad are helping the contractor at the cost of the allotees. We all should join hands and put RTI snd move to consumer forum in order to activate the parishad.

  24. Agreed with Mr. Subodh Kumar that UPAVP should take actions as per the Contract conditions with contractors. Also UPAVP should forego the centage charge of 12% to us due to their negligence.
    Everyone should write a letter demanding actions taken by them for controlling delays, contractor's fault & actions on them, errant officials on negligence in duty/monitoring, etc.

    TRANS HINDON, Oct. 21 -- The commissioner of Housing Development Council reprimanded the concerned officials over the delay of under-construction Shikhar Enclave in Vasundhara Sector-15. Along with that, he also directed to end the construction work within six months.

    The Shikhar Enclave Scheme of the council came in 2011. Possession of flats was to be given within two years. Allotees deposited the entire amount last year but the flats are not ready yet. The construction work is taking place. In this situation, allotees who deposited the entire amount are annoyed. The allotees are facing problems from both sides. On one side, EMI is being deducted. They are living in rented houses.

  34. Hi Neeraj , I visited the site yesterday itself and was not able to find labour , there is no way upavp can complete the work within 6 month and again all these are false promises . Even if they start work at full pace it will take at least a year.
